Leadership Team

Kathy Lewis's experience includes over 35 years in the construction industry. She has managed an accounting portfolio of 64 million dollars of revenue distributed over more than 25 companies.  As a software and business consultant to the construction industry, her specialty is in assisting businesses in forecasting, planning, managing growth strategies, and refining business processes allowing clients to make the most of their software investment. She obtained experience with Sage 300 CRE software over the last 25 years as an end user, speaker at both the National Timberline Users Group Conference and Sage Summit, and as a Certified Sage 300 CRE Consultant. She is also certified in Acumatica and Quickbooks Online.

Michela Bahensky is a member of the consulting team. She lives in Lincoln, NE and has been an end user of Sage 300 CRE for over 20 years in both the accounting and property

management roles. She is a regular attendee of the Timberline Users Group and has completed her consulting certification for Sage 100 Contractor and Sage 300 CRE Real Estate.

Her areas of expertise are Property Management, Reconciliation, General Ledger, Crystal Reports, and Report Designer.

Erin Egger is a member of our consulting team. She lives in Roca, NE and has been an end

user of Acumatica, Sage 300, QuickBooks Online, Procore, Buildertrend and several other

construction-based software programs over the last 10 years. She specializes in Construction Accounting but enjoys all areas of accounting and business management. Bridging the gap between Accounting and Project Management has been one of her greatest successes over the

years.

Wendy Stork is a member of the consulting team. She lives in Lincoln, NE and graduated in

2003 from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelors degree in business administration

with an emphasis in accounting.  She has been a Sage software end-user for the past 16 years

primarily in the property management and construction industries.  Besides Sage software, she also has experience working in QuickBooks and Acumatica. Her specialty has been assisting multiple companies in new software implementations and streamlining their accounting processes. Her areas of expertise include cash management, payroll, month-end and year end reconciliations, forecasting, and general ledger reporting.

Jill Pauley is a member of the consulting team. She lives in Lincoln, NE and has over 30 years of experience in K-12 education accounting. Before coming to KLC Vision she oversaw a $450 million school district budget for 34,000 students and 8,000 staff. This included forecasting, daily money management, payroll, accounting receivable, accounts payable, bond management, and cash flow. Her area of expertise is in fund accounting.

Cassie Lewis is a member of the consulting team. She lives in Valley, NE and has been a

QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor for over five years. She uses QuickBooks Online and she

assists businesses with marketing by creating  brochures, banners, and postcards for

companies. She also works with Salesforce and Desk.com and is a e-learning course instructor

and author. Her areas of expertise are QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, ViewPoint, Salesforce, Bluefolder, Jobber, E-Learning, Marketing, SQL, Website Creation and Microsoft Office.

Madison Johnson is a member of the marketing and business development team. She lives in Omaha, NE and has been working with the KLC Vision team since September 2020 assisting with the marketing side of the company. She collaborates on creating email campaigns, social media posts, and checking on the communication between the KLC Vision team and their clients. She is a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a degree in Hospitality Restaurant Tourism Management in 2018.
